1. Who this Enough Vision privacy policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to Enough Vision Co. Ltd (“Enough Vision”, “we”, “us”), a South Sudan company building inclusive economic infrastructure for underserved people, businesses, groups, and institutions. We operate enoughvision.com and related launch forms for VisionPay, VisionLink, and VisionTalent.

2. What this policy covers

This website is a launch and onboarding site. It explains our products and collects interest, registrations, partnership requests, and investor requests. Completing a form does not open a bank account, approve credit, enrol a beneficiary in an aid programme, create insurance cover, or guarantee a job.

This policy covers personal and organisational information submitted through the website, stored in our launch tracker, emailed to our team, and — if enabled — synced to our CRM (including HubSpot). Field systems used later with banks, MFIs, NGOs, or employers may have additional partner agreements. Those agreements govern operational data once a pilot is live.

3. What we collect

Depending on the form you use, we may collect:

• Identity and contact details: name, email, phone, organisation, role, and country (default South Sudan).
• VisionPay: business or group type, location, activity, records or turnover information you choose to share, and interest in records, credit readiness, or advances against verified flows.
• VisionLink: organisation type, programme interest, geography, and partnership details for cash or voucher delivery — not beneficiary lists on this website.
• VisionTalent: job-seeker profile information, CV or LinkedIn URL, skills, employer hiring needs, and workforce-resilience interest.
• Partners, investors, and consultation requests: organisation, mandate, preferred meeting format, and the materials or conversation you request.
• Consent records and the text of your submission.
• Limited technical data (browser, IP, and security logs) needed to run and protect the site.

We do not require a user account to submit a launch form. We do not ask for card numbers, PIN codes, or full bank passwords on this website.

4. How we use information — by product

VisionPay. We use your information to follow up on SME, merchant, savings-group, SACCO, VSLA, cooperative, or institution registrations; to assess whether a records, literacy, or credit-readiness pilot is relevant; and, where you ask, to discuss responsible linkage to banks, MFIs, or other finance partners. VisionPay is designed around verified economic activity and cash flows, not promises. Information you submit is not by itself a credit file, a credit score, or a loan application to a licensed lender. See the VisionPay page and the VisionPay advance disclaimer.

VisionLink. We use partnership-form data to discuss last-mile cash and voucher delivery, agent or merchant networks, confirmation, complaints, reconciliation, and donor-ready reporting. Website forms are not beneficiary enrolment. Beneficiary, household, or payment data is collected only later under a partner programme agreement. VisionTalent. We use job-seeker, employer, and resilience-form data to discuss profiles, matching, career support, and membership-based workforce resilience. This is not insurance, not income replacement, and not a guaranteed placement. See the VisionTalent page and the VisionTalent disclaimer.

Company operations. We also use information to reply through the contact form and launch tracker, keep a record of consent, improve the website, protect against abuse, and meet legal or accounting needs. You can also read the data consent statement.

5. Financial and credit-related information

Enough Vision is not a bank, microfinance institution, or licensed lender by virtue of this website. VisionPay supports financial visibility, records, literacy, credit readiness, and — where a later product or partner arrangement exists — assessment of advances against verified flows, not against unproven projections.

If you share turnover, savings, group contributions, or similar figures on a form, we treat them as information you volunteered for follow-up. We do not use this website to make an automated credit decision that binds a bank or MFI. Any later finance, advance, or referral is subject to eligibility, verification, partner credit policy, risk review, and applicable law. Banks and MFIs make their own decisions.

6. Humanitarian, cash, and voucher data

VisionLink may, in live programmes, process beneficiary, agent, merchant, and transfer data solely to deliver, confirm, reconcile, handle complaints, and report as agreed with the humanitarian or development partner. Enough Vision does not sell beneficiary data. Access is restricted to authorised operations.

Partners remain responsible for their own safeguarding, informed consent, targeting, and data-protection duties. This website’s VisionLink form collects organisational interest only.

7. Employment and talent data

Job-seeker CVs, links, and profile details are used to contact you and, with your consent, to discuss matching with employers or workforce partners. We do not publish your CV on a public board from these launch forms. Employers’ hiring information is used to understand demand. Submitting a profile does not create employment, membership, or a claim to job-loss support.

8. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information:

• With banks, MFIs, mobile-money providers, NGOs, UN agencies, donors, CBOs, employers, or technology partners only where needed for a service, pilot, referral, or partnership you requested or that reasonably follows from your form.
• With processors who host the website, email, backups, or CRM (including HubSpot if that integration is switched on).
• When required by law, regulation, or a competent authority in South Sudan or another relevant jurisdiction.
• With professional advisers under confidentiality.

We do not share data for unrelated marketing by third parties.

9. Retention, security, and your rights

Launch records are kept for as long as needed to operate pilots, follow up, and meet legal, security, or accounting needs. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form. We may retain a limited copy where we must (for example a complaint file, fraud review, or legal hold). Withdrawal of consent does not undo processing already completed in good faith.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures. No website or email channel is perfectly secure; please do not send highly sensitive identity documents unless we have asked for a specific, safer channel.

10. Children, transfers, and changes

These forms are intended for adults and organisations. We do not knowingly collect data from children through this website.

Information may be stored or processed outside South Sudan where our hosting or CRM providers operate. We do so only to run the website and follow-up described here.

We may update this policy as products move from launch forms to live pilots. The date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you should read the new version.
