What this VisionLink data disclaimer covers
VisionLink is Enough Vision’s last-mile cash and voucher delivery layer. It is built for humanitarian and development partners who need confirmation, complaints handling, reconciliation, and donor-ready reporting — including in low-connectivity settings.
The VisionLink form on this website is a partnership enquiry. It is not beneficiary registration, not a cash-transfer enrolment, and not proof that a household will be paid.
How operational data is used
In a live programme, VisionLink may process beneficiary, agent, merchant, and transfer data only to:
- deliver or confirm cash or vouchers as the partner designed the programme;
- handle complaints and feedback;
- reconcile and report as agreed with the partner and donor;
- protect the programme against fraud or diversion, within agreed rules.
Enough Vision does not sell beneficiary data. Access is limited to authorised operations. Field data rules sit in partner contracts, data-processing terms, and standard operating procedures — not only on this page.
Partner duties
NGOs, UN agencies, donors, and CBOs remain responsible for targeting, safeguarding, informed consent (where they require it), and their own data-protection obligations. Enough Vision is not the programme owner unless a contract says so.
Website vs field
Do not upload beneficiary lists to public website forms. If a pilot requires sample data, we will agree a secure channel. See also the Privacy Policy and Complaints Policy.
