VisionTalent disclaimer: not insurance
VisionTalent is a membership-based workforce resilience service. It is not an insurance product. It must not be sold, described, or understood as life cover, unemployment insurance, income protection, or a guaranteed payout.
What VisionTalent does
VisionTalent helps job seekers build profiles, helps employers describe hiring needs, and offers career support (CV, interview, skills, coaching, training referrals). For active members who later experience verified job loss, support may include matching, coaching, introductions, and limited short-term transition support — only if eligibility, documentation, membership duration, and programme limits are met.
What it does not do
- Does not guarantee a job, salary, promotion, or visa.
- Does not create an employment contract between Enough Vision and a candidate or employer.
- Does not replace statutory social security or an employer’s legal duties.
- Website forms do not create membership, a claim, or a waiting-period credit.
Forms on this site
Job-seeker, employer, and workforce-resilience forms collect launch interest only. Membership rules, fees (if any), and support caps will be stated in a separate membership document before anyone is treated as a member. Read this with the VisionTalent page and the Privacy Policy.
