Enough Vision data consent language

The checkbox on every Enough Vision form means:

I consent to Enough Vision Co. Ltd collecting and using my information to contact me about VisionPay, VisionLink, VisionTalent, pilot programmes, partnership opportunities, investor materials, and related services, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Submissions without this consent are not accepted.

What you are consenting to

You are consenting to launch-stage processing: follow-up email or phone, storage in our tracker/CRM (and HubSpot if enabled), and sharing with a finance, humanitarian, or workforce partner only where that is needed for the request you made. You are not consenting to Enough Vision selling your data, publishing your CV, enrolling you as an aid beneficiary, opening a credit account, or treating VisionTalent as insurance.

Product-specific notes

• VisionPay: you allow us to use business or group details you provide to discuss records, credit readiness, and possible referral to a bank or MFI. That is not a credit application to that institution until you complete their own process.
• VisionLink: you allow us to use organisational details to discuss a delivery partnership. Beneficiary consent, where required, is collected later in the field under partner rules.
• VisionTalent: you allow us to use profile or hiring details to discuss matching or membership. That does not create a job or a claim.

Withdrawing consent

Use the contact form to withdraw consent. We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, complaints, or accounting reasons. Withdrawal does not cancel a message already sent in good faith or a partner process you already asked us to start.
