1. Agreement under Enough Vision terms of use

These Terms of Use govern enoughvision.com and the launch forms operated by Enough Vision Co. Ltd (“Enough Vision”, “we”). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Data Consent Statement.

If you use the site for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so. Contact: use the contact form. Effective date: 17 August 2026.

2. What Enough Vision is — and is not

Enough Vision builds practical systems so underserved people, businesses, groups, and institutions can become financially visible, finance-ready, connected to responsible support, and more resilient. Our three products are:

• VisionPay — records, financial literacy, credit readiness, responsible linkage to finance partners, and assessment of advances against verified flows.
• VisionLink — last-mile cash and voucher delivery, confirmation, complaints, reconciliation, and partner reporting, including offline-capable operations.
• VisionTalent — job matching, career support, and a membership-based workforce resilience model. It is not insurance.

This website describes those products and collects interest. It does not, by itself, provide regulated banking, lending, insurance, securities, or humanitarian cash assistance. Live services, if and when offered, will be subject to separate eligibility, contracts, partner rules, and applicable South Sudan (and other) law.

3. No offer of credit, insurance, employment, or aid

Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, or promise of:

• a loan, credit facility, guarantee, or bank account;
• an insurance policy, income-protection plan, or guaranteed payout;
• employment, a work permit, or a placement;
• a humanitarian entitlement, cash transfer, or voucher.

Registration for a pilot is a request to be contacted. It is not a contract, not KYC completion, and not approval.

4. VisionPay

VisionPay is built so informal and underserved economic activity can be recorded and understood. Any discussion of advances is against verified flows, not against unproven business plans. Enough Vision does not guarantee funding. Banks, MFIs, and other finance partners apply their own policies. You must not present a website registration as proof that credit has been approved.

5. VisionLink

VisionLink programme design, targeting, transfer values, and beneficiary data rules are agreed with the humanitarian or development partner. Website partnership forms do not enrol beneficiaries and do not create a right to assistance. Partners remain responsible for safeguarding and programme integrity.

6. VisionTalent

Job matching and career support are facilitation services. They do not guarantee a job, salary, or visa. Workforce resilience support, where offered, is membership-based, limited, and conditional. It is not an insurance product and must not be described as one.

7. Investor and partner materials

Pitch decks, executive summaries, and one-pagers are request-only and confidential. They are not an offer of securities. A meeting request does not create a funding commitment on either side.

8. Your submissions

You must submit information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not impersonate others, upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the site, or use forms for spam. We may refuse, delay, or delete submissions that appear false, abusive, or automated.

9. Intellectual property

Site content, product names (VisionPay, VisionLink, VisionTalent), and the Enough Vision name and logo are owned by Enough Vision Co. Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy them for a competing service without written permission.

10. Liability and governing law

The site is provided as information for a launch stage. To the extent permitted by law, Enough Vision is not liable for decisions you make based only on this website, for partner or bank decisions, or for delays in follow-up. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Sudan. Courts in South Sudan have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you may have.
